Founded in 2021 by ex-consultant, Richard Longstreet, Tarka Talent is a specialist Strategy and Change Recruitment Agency. After 4 years with 3Search, Richard decided that he wanted to start his own recruitment business and with 11 Investments’ help, he took his desk at 3Search and transformed it into Tarka Talent, now a business of 12 people and growing.
Charlie has been all about Marketing recruitment since 2007, it's all he's ever known. Along with Andy and Joe, he founded 3Search to provide a better service to his customers, and a better experience for employees. Over 8 years 3Search has grown to become the largest marketing recruiter in London; known for its exceptional customer service.
'Gaz' was 3Search's second consultant hire after launching the business. He's developed through management to Director, now responsible for a team of 14 people!
Jaemien was one of our first graduate hires, and she's achieved a lot in her five years. Including being promoted twice in one year and now managing a team of two.
