Learning & Development

Our in-house Learning & Development manager is dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge to help you to succeed. You and your manager have a rigorous training programme that will ensure you are able supported throughout your career with us.

We also use external trainers and leadership coaches to further develop our high-potential recruiters to achieve their goals.

We also have internal mentoring scheme to utilise the diverse skill set and experience of our leadership team help develop the next generation of recruiters and leaders.

You will have weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-annually one-on-ones with your Manager.


Mentoring is a great way for both our junior and senior team members to gain effective skills and insights into their sectors.

We take pride in the fact that our directors are still practicing recruiters, which enables them to share their relevant knowledge across the company!
