Learning & Development
Our in-house Learning & Development manager, Alex Gilbert, is dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge to help you to succeed. You and your manager have a rigorous training programme that will ensure you are able supported throughout your career with us.
You will have weekly, monthly, quarterly and bi-annually one-on-ones with your Manager.
Mentoring is a great way for both our junior and senior team members to gain effective skills and insights into their sectors.
We take pride in the fact that our directors are still practicing recruiters, which enables them to share their relevant knowledge across the company!
Our L&D Manager holds regular virtual and in-person training sessions to allow everyone to continue learning, growing and developing in their careers. Topics cover every stage of the recruitment cycle, as well as:
